We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

In the original packaging (if applicable)

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Personalized or custom-made items

Clearance or final sale items

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

Need a different item or color? We offer exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return window. Contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo and description to our support team — we’ll make it right ASAP!
